Though you are the one carrying the weight of your family, yet most of the times those around you fail to recognise the burden you carry or the sacrifices that you've done. You sometimes feel unappreciated, misunderstood or even unloved; but despite the lack of attention given to you, you've never stopped striving to create a better life for the ones that you love. Right now, you've realised that the only way 'Out', is 'In'; and that your happiness comes first because without it, you will only become the weight that you've been trying to bare to those around you...

What I've come to realize in my spiritual journey, is that the more aware you are about yourself and life, the more people distant themselves from you. Those that have known you your whole life may start turning their backs on you just because they feel you've 'Changed', and they are not wrong. You have changed; for the better; and no matter how much you want them to understand your point of view, it's almost impossible because they've not seen nor experienced life the same way as you have...

Going on a spiritual journey without the support of those around you can be a very painful process; especially if you're being looked down upon, ridiculed or scrutinised for your every behaviour. This is because as humans, we feel threatened whenever we are around someone who is different from us; thus causing our survival instincts to kick in and pull the other person down so that we can feel safe and comfortable again. And though you may be no stranger to experiences such as these, the only thing you truly can do is to regain composure of your thoughts and emotions; protecting yourself from those who intend to dim your lights...

Being connected to this creation often means that you are on a powerful journey of transformation. Life for you have shifted so much to the point where you are able to empathise and be compassionate, even to those who mean you harm. Though that doesn't mean what they've done to you is 'okay' or 'acceptable', it simply means that you've learnt to let go of the hurt in order to keep yourself aligned with your inner light...
