To us, that is a mad way to live. Living is about growing; it's about making progress not only as a person or a soul, but as a species.

1) Who is it that I resent?
2) What did this person do to me for me to resent him/her so much?
3) Is this person present in my life right now?
4) Am I hurting myself through memories of the incident?
5) Is this how I want to live the rest of my life by letting these old memories stop me from living a happy life?
6) Do I deserve happiness?

Once you're done, burn the paper and let go of all the Negativity that has held you back...

Realise that whatever wrong the other person have done to you, is because they are in a terrible place/state of mind, and their actions does not define who you are. It only defines them and it reflects the hatred that they have for themselves; because believe us, a happy person can never hurt someone else just for personal gains.

By accepting that we have no control over what others choose to do to us, and by recognizing that we have TOTAL CONTROL over how we choose to react to it, we begin to realise that our lives and destinies have always been in our hands...
