One strategy that CG and I often use for getting rid of anger inside of us is to think of the person that has hurt you and accept what they've done as an important part in your life. Drop all wishes and hopes that the past could've been different. Accept what has happened, and never expect others to do exactly what you would do in any given situation; because it will only lead to YOUR disappointment.

By letting go off the past and dropping your expectations on others, you begin to free yourself from the weight that has been holding you back and clear your vibration from the negativity that anger brings.

Did you know that by having 5 minutes of continuous anger, your immune system gets shut down for 45 hours? which means for the next 2 days, you're vulnerable to diseases. Whenever you are not at ease, you get weaker and start developing a sickness in you. That's why they call it a 'Disease' (dis-ease).
