The dawn of a new era...

In the last century, times and circumstances were very much different from what it is today. Our parents and ancestors worked hard to survive and build a future for us in a system that was designed to suppress them from growth which made them highly attuned to the lower 3 chakras to give them the willpower to persevere despite overwhelming odds. 

However, with technology, information, and knowledge abundantly available today, we are blessed to be able to grow in terms of experiencing life with our lower chakras, which allows us to progress and grow much more rapidly than our forefathers ever had the chance to. In today's world, you don't need 10 years of detaching yourself from your daily life in hopes of finding a spiritual teacher. All you need, is to keep seeking for the answers through the abundance of sources available, grasps what is necessary for your current stage, and experiment with life yourself.

Most people live only truly experiencing the wonders of the lower 3 dimensions of life, however for those who are able to unlock the next chakra, will experience life on a whole new level. This of this chakra as a passport to the higher 3 dimensions of life. In the era that we are currently in (2022), it is increasingly impossible to navigate life without being connected to our hearts. Anahata : The Gateway

"There may be times where you find yourself locked up in your own emotions and grief; where you tend to isolate yourself excessively or hold grudges against people you love. Where you feel lonely or frequently feel jealous; where you get overly defensive or fear getting intimate with other. Regardless of what you may be experiencing right now, this is a sign that your heart chakra is blocked and not flowing freely with love...

This is usually caused by losing someone close to you, or something you value; be it through death, break-ups, broken friendships, betrayal, shattered dreams; i guess you get the point. What happens is that we begin to close ourselves out from the rest of the world in order to protect our hearts and emotions from being hurt again. Don't get us wrong, there is nothing wrong in protecting ourselves, however if we don't let go, we close up the possibility of access to the higher dimensions in life because our lives will solely be about our own 'survival and self-preservation'...

So what can you do? There is a saying, that forgiveness is not for the other person. It is not something we give someone. Instead it is a 'GIFT' we give ourselves. To forgive someone is to left go of whatever has happened, and to allow ourselves to move forward. A close friend of ours named Dimple shared with us on one of our live shows once. She said that if we choose not to forgive or to let go of something, it is like letting yourself be hurt from the same incident or memory over and over again; even though that event only took place once. Which means we continue to kill ourselves multiple times over something that happened just once in our life. That is a mad way to live because our lives are BIGGER than any one moment...

By letting go, we not only free ourselves of the poison that is holding us back, but we open up a whole new world which we were blinded to from the toxicity that plagued our lives. Today, science has proven that 5 minutes of intense anger, transforms the biochemistry of our body into poison; which means we are literally poisoning ourselves through our own bitterness. Hence the reason why we say that forgiveness is a 'Gift' that we give to ourselves...

By opening ourselves up to the experiences of the world again, and accepting that each painful event is just a stepping stone in our life, we begin to allow the energy vortex in our heart to spin once again; attracting all that resonates with love, joy, abundance and happiness once more. Does this mean we will never get hurt again? No! Of course not! But pain is the best teacher for us whenever we need a massive change in direction or perspective. Pain is a sign that we are looking the wrong way...

Once we reopen our heats to the world, we create a link between the physical plane chakras (lower 3) and the spiritual plane chakras (higher 3). A person with an opened heart chakra is always seen as warm, creative, passionate, compassionate, forgiving and loving despite what the others may have done to them. They hold no grudges, ill thoughts or negative feelings toward others because they know that in doing that, it is like drinking a cup of poison and expecting someone else to die. Remember, we can't always control what happens around us or to us, however we can always control how we choose to react to it...
